Hi, I’m Amy…

I am an Educational Psychologist who believes every individual has the potential to succeed and thrive, given the right tools and guidance.

I believe in offering each human the space and opportunity to experience a space of containment and safety as a beginning to a helpful and healing journey.

It is my privilege to walk with a human on their healing journey, to sit with them in the dark, and to hold their pain while they process it. The blossoming that occurs within each human when they invest in themselves is awe-inspiring.

How can I assist you?

I work predominantly with individuals between the ages of 6 and 30 years of age, their parents, and educators. I have experience working with neurodiversity, trauma, school related concerns, etc.

I offer the following services:

  • Psychotherapeutic sessions (individual, parental, group therapy sessions)
  • Psychoeducational Assessments (school accommodations and other investigation purposes)
  • Psychoeducational Workshops (workshops tailored to suit your target group)

What Does Billing Look Like?

I run a cash practice (you pay for the service on the day and claim back from your medical aid).

There are exceptional circumstances (such as PMB applications) where I will bill the medical aid directly.

I have a sliding scale of rates depending on the length of a session, whether it is a family/group session, the length of a workshop, the type of assessment.

These costs will be communicated to you prior to any consultations.
